COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Information collected directly from you: We may collect personal information directly from you via in office meetings, private email messages, and phone calls.

Information collected from your device: We do not use tracking technologies.  Our use of client information is for use internally and for the convenience of our clients to facilitate communication.

We do not share mobile information for marketing purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.  

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not share the personal information personal information of our clients.  It is used solely for internal purposes in conjunction with our services.

● We use zoom.us for text message communications.

● We use Quickbooks as our payment processor. Quickbooks  uses and processes your payment information in accordance with its privacy policy.

● We use MyTaxPrepOffice.com to prepare and transmit your tax returns. MyTaxPrepOffice uses and processes your information in accordance with its privacy policy.

• We may also share your personal information if necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
